    Exploring the different types of trauma, their various impacts and how we can recognize it in ourselves.

    Exploring what a trauma-informed practice looks like and feels like to us and our clients.

  • Why trauma-informed care?

    Exploring why taking a trauma-informed approach in our practice is vital for the ongoing health and wellness of our clients. And what happens when we don’t.

  • Science LITE

    Exploring Polyvagal theory, the function of the nervous system and how the brain functions in relation to trauma and its ongoing impacts.

  • Window of Tolerance

    Exploring the Window of Tolerance and deepening our understanding of Polyvagal Theory. Learning how our own mental and emotional capacity for stress impacts our clients and their recovery.

  • Learning to Regulate

    Exploring self and co-regulation for capacity building. Learning practices that we can use to support ourselves and our clients.

  • Integration

    Integration is a vital part of personal development and learning. We’ll explore the art of moving slowly and using fun to help us process what we’ve just learned.

  • A new path forward

    Creating a path to implementation and continuing education.
